they just regular scammers. I worked with them for 4 month, with 0 result. I've paid them $600 for nothing. They sent me fake data about the job being done,and after four months I wanted to stop cooperation and called them, to which they said "that they congratulate me because today they removed the collection account. I started checking this information, and it turned out that this collection account was removed several months before I first called them, I found a letter from Equifax in the mail, with the results of the investigation, and that they removed it from my report. I demanded a refund since there was no result, to which they replied that they would not return anything, since they removed the collection account from my report, and this allegedly was a large piece of work, and therefore they refused to return the money back. Now I have to call the bank and talk to the bank about returning the money. I also accidentally managed to see what kind of letters they write to dispute negative information, and it feels like they were written by a 4-year-old child, and not specialists or artificial intelligence.
