Extremely unprofessional. Promised 24-hr turnaround time but I needed to asked several times before and after 24hrs to get it done. I wanted to get my marriage certificate translated and the PDF file they sent me turned up with someone else's marriage certificate on the last pages.

If you don't want you files disclosed to some random person, don't use their service.
