I just paid my bill from them, Amanda was thorough and very sweet. I expressed my concerns about their IVR system (Interactive voice response) for their "hold period" and it disconnecting calls before someone answers and she grabbed the details she needed to pass along to her supervisor.
To the people saying they are rude and obnoxious...that is their job! They annoy the crap out of you until you pay. It's the SAME for ANY collection agency. They all want the same end result! Get over it and pay your bill :-P

They are rude. They started a garnishment because I could not pay them I am making just over $12 an hour and supporting 4 people on that income.which forced me to file a bankruptcy. This pissed them off because that have to refund a payment to me. When I called them last month about the refund. They said you will get your refund we just can't say when because you never paid us regularly/or at all a month later the "check must have got lost in the mail" when I had to have my lawyer contact them because when I called they refused to talk to me. I will be contacting the better business bureau this week.

Staff refuses to give you a print out of your account ledger. You are asked to give them money with interest and they will not explain a break down of costs. They will only give you a paper saying you have paid once the account is closed. Feels like a scam. They definitely make their cut off your money. I would have an attitude if I had to deal with what those girls do everyday also, but learn the difference in someone genuinely trying to understand their bill as well as pay it off. Blindly paying a bill told to you over the phone is not right. Customers should be allowed to see a breakdown of their balance and what they've paid. Time for new management?
