I had a lovely experience at Credo University Village. A friend recommended it to me as someone who doesn't wear a lot of makeup and doesn't ever feel comfortable at Sephora and other makeup stores. I had some really great help from employee Kei, who helped me color match and showed me how to use products that were new to me. They were so kind and helpful and made me feel like I was getting help from a friend and not just someone trying to sell me things. Thank you so much for your help, can't wait to start using my new products <3

I can’t tell you how lucky we are to have a credo here. I absolutely love all the products they carry and their customer service is so top notch. Can’t wait to visit again 😊

The people that worked there were some of nicest customer service people I have ever met! They were very nice and helped me pick out great gifts for myself and sister.
