The Dog Park is a freaking Mud-Pit most of the time, and the city seems to have decided to keep it closed all the time, rather than deal with it ( properly grade it an add drainage, to compensate for rain.) you can usually find plenty of people with dogs hanging out in the soccer fields when it's close though...it's always fun there And they do have an outhouse!
