Absolutely disgraceful that the owners and manager Tiffanie are telling care takers to neglect residents by removing themselves from a hostile situation, or to lock them in their rooms when the care takers are being physically beaten and choked leaving full finger prints around necks of them. Management does not care for their staff or residents well-being or safety, all they care about are money figures. Even when a resident passes they try to point blame to whichever caregiver was on shift, not even asking if they are mentally ok and not even try to do an investigation they are belligerent bullies and need to be investigated down to the last crumb in the building! DO NOT TAKE LOVED ONE TO THIS FACILITY!
