I promised the staff to leave review right away, but finally a month later I finally got a minute to share my experience with the place.
The biggest advantage of this place it's location. The south area of Mt. Rainier National park is very scarce, not a lot of lodging or even motel places to stay a night.
This place turned out to be a great surprise with great service, great and high quality rooms, very clean & very private! If I ever visit the park again, I would stay here once again!
I recently stayed at the Crest Trailwood Lodge and was quite disappointed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the professionalism of the staff was lacking. Employees were smoking cigarettes right outside the front entrance, which created an unwelcoming first impression.
Upon checking into my room, I noticed a faint but unpleasant odor that lingered throughout my stay. The overall cleanliness of the room was also below average, with visible signs that it hadn’t been properly cleaned before my arrival.
To add to the discomfort, the staff acted quite cold and indifferent during my interactions with them, which only added to the lackluster experience.
I would not recommend this location to others looking for a clean and comfortable stay.
