The employees have no idea what there doing ,ask to talk to manager, and they said didn't know how to get ahold of him ,One employee game me his first name,I asked for his last name ,she said she didn't know ,feel as if I got the runaround,very bad customer service, I feel as if I were being discriminated ,will be calling corporate!!!!!!!then giving my money to another cell company!!!!!!!!!!
