I would give negative stars if it was possible. I called and got no answer. I called and was put on eternal hold. I sent multiple messages through the internet ; which so far NONE have ever been answered. Makes me wonder if the store is still open for business. How long does it take to answer or respond? No customer service skills whatsoever. Does anyone there care even a little about the one thing that drives and supports everything including their paychecks: the customer!???? How would you feel if you were attempting to make a purchase and were completely ignored at a business? One may start to think that it may be some sort of discrimination? Completely unacceptable!

Joseph was my sales rep and he did an awesome job with hooking me up my services and with the Accessories for my phones. The have great service I give them 5 stars..! If you are looking for a phone carrier I would recommend going to cricket wireless

Stopped in to pay my bill young man there was great helped me to find an upgrade store was neat and clean
