My experience was a tasteful and kind time while I was paying my bill. The manager; Katie was very helpful and sweet. I got everything that I needed to do done.

Had a horrible experience at this location with hadassah ,went in there to clear up some confusion and pay my phone bill and she said she couldn't look at my account because my driver's license was expired and i said okay and was asking her a question about a text message i got from cricket and she kept talking over me aggressively saying call 611(even with my phone off..) than had the audacity to tell me her allergies were acting up and said i need to leave or shes calling security on me and muttered something about my skin color and "privilege".entire experience was unprofessional,rascist and disrespectful on her end. very nasty and angry person,horrible customer service I have no idea how she thought it was acceptable to act like that she should not be a manager let alone an employee .(every other time ive went there In the past ive had zero problems and the employees are always nice and helpful)
