Purchased a new iPhone in the store a week Or so ago. When purchasing a new iPhone they make you purchase a case, screen protector and wall charger. They pick these out for you. No exceptions. I returned to the store today as they provided a wall charger that is for the old iPhones and not the new iPhones. Essentially worthless and they charged me $25. They refused to do a swap today as their policy is no returns on accessories. They made this mistake and they won’t stand behind their mistake. They are a joke.
