Ken Pfaff from this company was very professional & extremely helpful. He came & did an inspection for our home for the county to make it real property and did a great job. A couple of months later we needed a structural report for a loan and immediately within an hour had the report to the loan company. He's very personable & professional. We would refer this company and Ken Pfaff very highly. In fact we can't speak high enough of Ken's professionalism.

Ken worked three building inspections into his schedule to accommodate our due diligence timeline, and completed all three on time. The findings were extremely useful and laid out in a clear concise manner.

Ken pfaff did a foundation inspection on a home I’m purchasing. He was very thorough and professional. He was a likable person great manners over a great experience and was on time also even sent the report the same day he did the inspection! I highly recommend this company all good vibes!
