I needed a property inspection done for a SFH I was buying, since I only had 7 days to complete it, I was in a rush and contacted Marc with the details and the time line, he was quick in his response and in-spite of his busy schedule, he made time and completed the inspection on time. Marc did a detailed inspection and identified potential problems in the house and after noticing the foundation issues, he recommended a structural engineering inspection of the foundation, which turned out to be a very much required part of my home buying negotiation. overall I highly recommend Marc for a home inspection.

Marc is one of the best home inspectors in the business! He's always on time, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly reliable. He goes above and beyond the realm of a regular home inspector by taking the time to point out and explain problems he identifies in our homes we're prepping for market. I can't recommend him enough. Critical Home inspections is my go to when I am in need of a home inspection. I have worked with Marc and he is professional, reliable and very knowledgeable. His reports are well written, with multiple pictures, and detailed explanations. Reports are delivered promptly to the client and the realtors. He is definitely my favorite home inspector, and he always finds a way to accommodate me in his very busy schedule.
