Francom runs a great security company! They are honest, fair and their officers are extremely top notch and professional! I wouldn’t go with anyone else except CRITICAL INTERVENTION PATROL!

I am a tenant of a Related Management Property who uses Criticical Response Intervension Patrol as their security company. As a residing tenant for a little over five years, I never felt uncomfortable about an organization that were put in place for the wellbeing and safety of the community they serve. Lately, instead of feeling a sense of safety it’s more a sense of intimidation. Today, April 16, 2019, at approximately 1900 hrs., as I was getting ready to exit my vehicle after establishing parking, I noticed a white BMW vehicle passing by at a normal speed less than 25 mph for a residential area, no loud music or anything else to gain my immediate attention. Shortly after the passing of the white BMW, the Critical Response Intervention Patrol car passed by driving in the same direction of the white BMW. After the white BMW made a legal U-turn at the dead end, the Critical Response Intervention Patrol cut off the white BMW. The two officers unexpectedly stopped their vehicle and forced open both front doors of the patrol vehicle, preventing the white BMW from passing, which resulted in a complete stop of the white BMW barely missed hitting the driver side door of the officers patrol vehicle. The two officers, immediately jumped out their patrol vehicle and both officers surrounded the white vehicle saying to the driver “WHAT’S UP, YOU NEED ANYTHING, CAN I HELP YOU WITH SOMETHING? Shortly after—the white BMW drove off at a normal speed. Not only did this send a message of intimidation from those who are to protect and serve but it also sent a clear message of unprofessionalism and over exercisement of authority. The Related Management, the office of Citizens Complaints and SFPD need to intervene as soon as possible. I recommend checking the cameras regarding this particular situation. If the young man had accidentally hit the officers patrol vehicle the young man would have been accused of harming an officer with his vehicle which could have resulted in a potentially violent situation. I will escalate this further. The Critical Response Intervention Patrol gets zero stars. One star is given as the default to allow me to leave a review.

These guys are a danger to the community most of them are recycled police officers and people who want to become police officers but no department in there right mind would hire them. Any company needing housing security or residential security I recommend Strategic Threat Management.
