From my first encounter to my last, my experience with Croach has been fantastic. I had a tall order from the get go and they were able to accommodate my needs every step of the way. That said, the highlight of the entire experience was Cassie, who went above and beyond, educating and communicating, providing sound guidance and recommendations. Her follow up was quick and comprehensive and so very appreciated. She was a joy to work with and brought humor to an otherwise grim situation. Thanks Cassie!

I have been using Croach for several years. I rarely see any insects in my home. Maybe a spider or two every 6 months. My current technician is Randy. He is very thorough and friendly. I had a company try to offer me a cheaper rate to go with them but I told them I’m very happy with the dependable service I receive from Croach.

Ken does a thorough job and has a great attitude. Croach takes great care of their customers, and when you need them to send a pest technician to your home to take care of something extra, (like my garage, cause I wasn't home when they were doing the service) they send someone out to take care of it at no cost! This company knows what they are doing and always tries their best, making sure to accommodate if they ever drop the ball. (as we all do from time to time)
