I visited the Camarillo CA location on 6/16/2022 to purchase over $1000 in shoes for my family who loves Crocs. I picked up several pairs off the rack on the sales floor and I asked the sales associate if there were anymore in the back since I didn’t have all the sizes I needed. She brought out at least 8 more pairs and let me select the sizes I needed. I also picked out 5 packs of the pins. Once I was ready to pay, someone who I believe to be the manager came up and said I could not purchase all of the items I had on the counter. When I asked why, she was extremely rude and said that I could only purchase 1 of each size. There was no signage stating there was a limit on any of the styles. And the associate who saw how many I was trying to purchase and went to the back to get me more, did not mention anything about a limit. The manager said she called the District Manager and they were the one who said there was a limit. I was with my friend and asked if she could purchase the other ones and the manager stated that there was a limit per household. I explained to her that we do not live together but she refused to let her purchase anything. She was also going to make a purchase for herself but the manager denied her purchase as well. There was another customer who overheard the conversation and offered to purchase the other ones I needed but the manager also denied her purchase. When I agreed to purchase the 4 pairs she allowed me to, I also wanted to buy the 5 packs of pins. She stated that there is no limit on those but can only sell me two. I feel that at that point she was just making up random policies to refuse service to me. She continued to be rude to me while the associate was ringing me up. Prior to my transaction, I witnessed a customer hand the sales associate folded up cash and product then exit the store. No proper transaction was done. When I mentioned that to the manager she rolled her eyes at me and turned away. I feel that if she is trying to implement policies with customers, she should do the same with employees. I am a long time customer and I am very disappointed in the experience I had today. I did have to take my money to another shoe store and received amazing customer service. I called customer service and the number I contacted was only for online order issues. They had given me a number to call for store issues and it was the number to the Flagship store on 34th St in New York. I spoke to Amanda who was extremely helpful and understanding. She took the time to listen to the situation. She explained that the policy is 15 pairs per month, which I understand. She said that my friend would have been able to also purchase another 15 pairs per month. She even told me that she confirmed with her manager the 15 pair policy. Again, Amanda went above and beyond to take the time out of her busy day to explain everything to me. I would like to be contacted as soon as possible to address this situation. Until then, I will no longer be shopping at this location.

Today I went in to crocs and had the worst experience of my life. Never have I ever experienced racism like I did today.
The “manager” Gaby made me feel unwanted in “her” store.
It was a busy day and I waited for 20 min to ask a question about size, finally I asked gaby. because Spanish is my first language I have a noticeable accent. I asked “do you guys have this in size...” she cut me off and said “I don’t speak your people! I don’t speak Spanish” she made a nasty face at me and asked her Spanish speaking employee to help me. She was also so rude to her employee, and her employee apologized and was also so embarrassed that she did that I felt so uncomfortable! I would never want this to happen to anyone of “my people” so if you are from the Hispanic community don’t come here !!!! She is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. Never coming back!! She needs a reality check!

The product is the product... but come fully prepared if you have a return!! I thought they could pull up my account or email since ordered online. NOPE. must have order number and email. And their phone customer service center is closed on the weekends. So inconvenient! Couldn't even exchange, the manager just said, sorry we can't help you. I had original tags on the shoes, original packaging, never worn- but told nothing they could do.
