Nobody told me during checkout and there were no signs posted that clearance Crocs were not returnable. My son changed his mind maybe 10 minutes after we left the store. The "manager" stood there and refused to let us return them and just ignored us. She said our sales associate should have told us and I looked at said associate and he mouthed sorry. So we're stuck with in store credit due. Not cool.

I visited the store July 30th 2022 & the experience was overwhelming to say the least. I was asked if I needed assistance at least 4 times for only a ten minute visit & the store isn't that large. A store rep thought it was okay to have a conversation with another co-worker about receiving a 1 star over a customer's comment of the store being white culture. The conversation was inappropriate and the other representative looked uncomfortable. What needs to be understood is that she is not responsible for answering questions about "what is white culture" and her coworker was completely out of line. It is clear that this representative lacks understanding in cultural sensitivity and race relations. Respectfully please do better.

I spent an honest 20 minutes in the store browsing for shoes. Very nice selection, not really discounted outlet prices. I was video chatting my kids showing them all the neat show accessories but I had ZERO interaction with both employees. Not when I entered or when I walked past them both on my way out the door. There was 3 customers in the store total the entire time I was there. I left empty handed. I guess I'll stick to online shopping and Amazon accessories. I definitely will not recommend!!!!
