I initially reached out to crossroads a year ago via their websites messenger option but I never received a response. Last week I decided to try again so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment online. After a couple days the appointment still said “tentative” because it had not been confirmed so I messaged them in an attempt to get confirmation. Now, 3 days later, still no response. Why, in 2024, would you completely ignore your businesses website?!
