In the beginning, Crossroads started out doing good. But I was disappointed in several areas. One, I called the head of the department because I had some questions and she was on vacation and there was nobody to answer those questions for me. That lady ended up calling me back, but just leaving a voicemail to my mom’s phone. Not very good service. Two, getting conflicting stories of what to do. I called the 24/7 advice nurse and ask does my mom still need oxygen even though she is alive but unresponsive. They could not even answer that question over the phone, the lady had to call me back to give me the answer which was you can take the oxygen out of her nose. Then when mom was near death, another nurse said no she needs oxygen for her overall well-being. Three, as my mom slowly declined two of the three nurses said I do not give her any water. And her final days when another nurse came that nurse said to give her the motor in her mouth so her tongue and mouth wouldn’t go dry. They couldn’t even get their story straight with saying all that the only reason I stayed with them was a healthcare worker named Angela. She went beyond her duties to help my mom. She changed dressings when she shouldn’t have had to. She showed the most compassion. The only reason they’re getting these stars is because of her. Angela is a rockstar!!! She is the main reason we stayed with Crossroads because my mom liked her!!!! thank you, Angela.

Angela, our home health aide, was incredible. Efficient and so caring with my husband. We will miss her so much. There can be no one better than Angela

Service is wonderful would recommend services to anyone my nurse very helpful on time go beyond her duties makeing sure im all right her name is Analicia Sigman
