Overpriced.

Good layout, easy to shop and move around in there.

The few items I found that I was interested in buying I couldn't justify because it's a second hand store and the prices were more expensive than buying new items.

$42 bucks for some lace pants that were not any special brand by any means. I mean come on.

Staff didn't even welcome me as I came in the store either. Pretty dissatisfied with my experience here.

A wanna be Uptowncheapskate but not even close to compare.

This review is for their seller services, they do low ball you so much. Its honestly not worth the wait or time. They tried to give me $10 for my coach bag, you are better off selling it at a corner street in DTLA than coming here, just save your time. Majority of their stuff here seems like it belongs at a Goodwill. It's overpriced and dirty. No thanks!

Love that this place was able to let me put a hold on a pair of brand new shoes my man really loved (he purchased it the next day)! Everytime I go into this store is always poppin (standing in line to purchase)! I feel like I'm racing against other customers in finding that "perfect thing". Love that the employees have pronouns on their name tags to respectfully/properly address them. They also have fitting rooms if you want to try anything. The person who brought me to my fitting room was really helpful, she brought down a few items off the wall for me and helped me decide what outfit was best when I asked which skirt looked better with the top I was getting. There are no bathrooms if you were wondering.
