Purchased a lower unit from them. Returned my old lower unit for a core. Once they had my lower unit they would not refund my core charge. Called them multiple times, they had caller ID and would answer when they saw that it was me calling, nor would they return my calls.

Crowley Marine in Aberdeen is great! Knowledgeable staff and fast and friendly service will keep me coming back for all of my marine needs. I know my boat is in good hands when it goes in for repair.

The staff had an astonishingly amount of knowledge of my motor. They understood what I wanted and communicated very clearly with me. Highly recommend Crowley marine
