Lots of charm. Friendly service. An absolutely wonderful Pot Pie recommended by the waitress. Best I've EVER had.

One of the best value afternoon tea experiences you'll find in the city, though I personally was not wowed by the food. They are able to accommodate gluten free and dairy free (though some of their offerings do have baked in butter). They try to double you up on sweets if they can't make a certain item gluten free or dairy free though my gluten free friend did seem to have less food than me and my other friend. Unfortunately all 3 of our teas had tea leaves when we poured them into our cups, which is something I've rarely seen before at these kinds of establishments.
No outdoor seating, but they have high ceilings and try to seat guests further apart. Nice touch with the London memorabilia on the table. Service was excellent and staff were very polite.
