The only problem I had with Crown Motors is when I first went there I didn't realize that is was several dealers in one and I couldn't find the service bay for Dodge and when I drove around the dealership. When I first drove in I saw Honda a small area for Dodge new cars and Ford no sign telling me the Dodge service bay was on the Ford service bay side so I was a bit confused until I asked someone where the Dodge service bay was so maybe you can have Crown Motors put up a sign telling and directing people that the Dodge service bay is on the Ford service bay side something like ( Ford and Dodge Service this way ) Other that that I would bring my car back to Crown Motors for service the service agent was great and my car was serviced great and on time all great qualities ! ! !

We worried that buying from a big lot would make us feel pressured, but Margarito and Oscar took plenty of time to get to know us and what we were looking for. They made sure we understood very part of the purchasing experience and handed us over to Diane's very capable hands for the financing portion.

We never felt pressured or like we were being sold to. Both sales associates gave us their honest opinions and helped us pick a vehicle that was right for our budget and our family.

We will continue to business here for many years to come.

Very impressed from our first contact with salesman Mike A. He was friendly, informative without aggressiveness, and answered all our questions. We are returning customers having purchased here before and ended again with another vehicle purchase. Would recommend this company to all for purchase and/or information of their products.
