I arrived for my appointment at 7am and was met with a smile and how can I help you from Alyssa. She looked up my appointment and explained what they would be doing and how long it would take. She showed me to the waiting are and made sure I was comfortable. The work was complete in the time that she stated. I will request her to help me at my next visit.

Alfred in the Service Dept is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and understanding of the costs associated with keeping a car well maintained. He helped me separate large costs into 2 manageable visits and we got everything done in a few months time. He was polite and professional and I would recommend anyone who needs an older Lexus brought up to speed with required service to go see Alfred. My 9 year old Lexus is running like NEW! 5 STARS ALFRED!

I love Crown Lexus Ontario. I have had my car serviced at two other Lexus dealerships, however, the Ontario dealership make me feel special both times they serviced my car. The professionalism and courtesy are outstanding. Service advisor Tony Hang was so friendly and informative about everything concerning my RX 350.
