Nick is amazing. He has a vast knowledge of loan packages. His work is above and beyond other mortgage brokers that I have worked with. I'm a tough nut: Independant, self-employed restauranteur. Not a combo that most lenders want to work with. Nick found lenders without hesitation, walked me through the difficult elements and was able to get me into three loans (two jumbos) in one year. In my opinion... nothing short of a miracle.

I feel I was completely ripped off on pricing. Their office is about a half mile from my home and they charged me an $8.14 fuel tax. They also had two people there and it was a one person job and they billed me for both. Then, they would not guarantee their work! Plus they charged me $59 to come fix a leak I told them about as an "assessment" fee! Even though they stayed and fixed the leak, they still charged that on top of parts, labor for two, fuel tax, sales tax and then the $59 fee! Wow, way to rip off a customer who could have given you a great recommendation and tons of repeat business!

The crew from Crown did all the plumbing in a bathroom remodel we did at our house. They were extremely patient and flexible and worked around our schedule. They were friendly, helpful, very professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!
