We value Joe's informed professional advice and guidance. He is very supportive, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable. We really appreciate how clear and straight forward, trustworthy, and honest he is. He has taught us a lot in investments, money management, and retirement. Joe is really good at laying out options and explaining them to us. The staff and team is always happy to answer any and all of our questions and very quick to respond! You instantly know you are in good hands. The communication as a whole at Crown Point Wealth Advisors is fantastic. We have a great peace of mind knowing our finances are being taken care of. The welcoming atmosphere at Crown Point Wealth is over the top. Any time I stop by my needs are met in a very timely manner. If Sharon or Alyssa don't have the answer, they research the answer. If I need to talk to Joe and he is available, I get into see him. If Joe or James are not busy, they always come out of their offices to visit. The entire staff are interested in you. If you need help negotiating a financial transaction, you can rest assured the staff is there to help ... you are number in their eyes no matter how big or small. Probably they most important thing is you will feel the honesty flowing throughout this office.
