This is a great hotel that’s perfect for a downtown getaway. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. This hotel has a beautiful, two story lobby, with the front desk in the first floor and breakfast area on the second floor. The second floor has an empty outdoor terrace that connects to the street. The elevators don’t have buttons to press inside. Instead, one taps their room key on a screen outside their elevator on a screen, and then they select the floor they’re going to on the screen, negating the need for scanning one’s room key inside the elevator for it to move. My room was spacious, had comfortable beds, a nice bathroom, and beautiful views of downtown and the Columbia Center. After staying here for four nights, I left, satisfied with my experience. I gave this hotel five stars because it’s in a great location, has nice rooms with great views, and a beautiful lobby.

Our room was a great size with comfortable bed, and large bathroom. When we wanted bottled water it was never a problem to deliver. The girls at the front desk are lovely and friendly. Great burgers at the bar. Shame about the scaffolding around base of hotel. We liked the location, you can walk to everywhere from the hotel.

From the pre-arrival email check-in and great communications, to the final emailed folio and seamless departure, I can't recommend the Crowne Plaza enough. Located perfectly to all attractions and amenities, it served as a perfect base for our daily treks. The desk staff and concierge truly made me feel like a special guest and every matter was attended to without delay. There are many options to choose from in Seattle but for me, the Crowne Plaza will always be the obvious one.
