My mom and I used Jim for a trip for my nieces wedding. My mom requires a wheelchair and may need to use oxygen on the move. I've heard horror stories from people trying to set trips up on their own for special accommodations. With Jim from Cruise Planners taking care of these needs for us, the trip was stress free and a total delight!! We will continue to use Jim for future adventures!!

Christine did a fabulous job researching and booking our hotel in Frankfurt, Germany. The location was superb and near all of the sites.
