Mark from cruise planners was very helpful with the planning of my recent cruise. Mark spoke with the cruise line and worked out the use of travel credits for me and contacted the cruise line with special requests on my behalf. We recently got back from the West Carribeans cruise . Mark Mcready did a great job on the recommendation . The cruise ship was beautiful, the kids loved all the activities on the boat. The ports we visited were so fun . Mark told us places to visit that most travelers don't know of. He booked this cruise on very short notice and was professional, responsive to my calls and met the demands for the trip to be successful. I highly recommend Mark to book cruises as he did a great job .
