The cookies are always great! Sadly, over the last few months, they seem to be out of cookies more often than not. I’ve tried to order many times and they are sold out of the best flavors. Seems like a cookie shop that only sells a handful of flavors each week would try its hardest to ensure that they have them available at all times. Not sure if it’s the staff or the product, but it needs to be resolved.

Super bewildering that they complete in person orders over online scheduled orders even though the online orders were placed significantly before and or scheduled for specific times while the flavor is available.
No hate on the workers, but what the heck man. I’m so confused on how that rule makes any sense.
Edit: I still appreciate the worker’s patience and kindness, plus cookies are incredibly delicious as always.

The cookies are lovely and delicious. The prices are not great...... But absolutely nothing about this location is customer friendly. First off, they are desperately understaffed. Which is absolutely unacceptable for a 5 dollar cookie. Second, the staff do not pay any attention to the crowd that is gathering behind them. They continue to work at a perfectly leisurely pace. Third, the system they use enables their poor behavior and staffing problems. There is only a touch screen cashier, so there's no need to interact with the people working. Right? There is also a large monitor that is supposed to show what order is up next. However, the person preparing boxes is able to do orders in whatever order they please. It is clear this location can and should be doing better. But it appears as though management may be keeping it down. 4.7 it is not.
