The store was dirty. We ordered a 6-pack and one cookie had no marshmallow, one didn't come with the pirouline wafer, a third barely had any of the topping. We went back inside and were able to replace two of the three.
The cookies did not taste good to anyone in our family. They either had no flavor or were saccharine sweet. The only cookie that was finished was strawberry milk. The rest were thrown away. We will not return.
First time here. The first thing I want to mention is that I put a 3 because I could not put a 3.5. I gave this review score because my box was dirty. As you can see in the pictures. I was very disappointed with that, especially because of the price of $17.00 after tax. They absolutely have no customer service. I understand they want you to use their computer thing. That is fine, but if you have questions, they should not be rude about it. They cannot say they were busy because I was the only one in the store. The cookies themselves were good. I didn't really care for the pink sugar cookie it was hard to bite, kinda tough. The wedding cookie was very decedent. The chocolate brownie cookie does taste like a brownie but has a odd bitter after taste, and the peanut butter cookie is good. Honestly, I'm not really sure what the hype is all about.
