Omg the cookies!!! The cookies tasted so good when you reheat it at home. I ordered 5 different flavors in total, my favorite was the lemon one, the lemon flavor was right on, the outer layer is crisp and the inner is soft and chewy, it is the best you can ask for a cookie!! My second favorite was the cookie dough, right after I reheat it, it was so chewy and I could not help, but finished up the whole cookie!!!!!!

Made an order the morning of October 12 for pickup that evening. Arrived at the store during my allotted pickup time just to be told they reserved no cookies for my order and were out of each flavor I had ordered, over 12hrs prior. What is the point of letting people order ahead and setting a pickup time if you don’t hold the cookies.
Had to drive to the next store 20 minutes away to get a whole new order I had to pay for.
Bad customer service.

I have been ordering delivery from this crumbl for about 7 months. They’re always great and very punctual. Cookies look well made and well packaged and aren’t damaged or messy when we open them. Drivers follow directions. The cookies are always phenomenal and I enjoy them at work as the occasion pick-me-up.
