Came in to see what all the hype was about and plus I had a gift card! I had never been in before. There was no line but there is a self checkout station if you want to use that. I told the employee that I wanted a chocolate chip cookie and before I could say anything else, she said, "You can't just buy one. We're out of single boxes because they're stuck on a ship somewhere." That's fine, but you didn't give me a chance to finish my order. I also think it's a big missed opportunity to not sell single cookies. They're huge and sometimes that's all people want. You can always put them on a napkin or in plastic wrap but that's just my opinion. She also wasn't sure how to pull up my gift card on the app and had to call someone else over. We got the cookie monster and the Reese's cookie as well. Everything tasted great but not for the price. Almost $20 for 3 cookies. You can get 4x that amount for that price at Fred Meyer and they taste just as good. I'll be back to try their ice cream because I had no idea they served that too!

I think the pink icing one should always be available because that is one that everybody loves, at least in the mini option. I love that you've added the mini option for more than just businesses. However the last minis that I had were really dry and crunchy, The only ones that were soft were the ones that were refrigerated with icing. Not like the previous cookies that I've had before. But again it's still cookies so we'll keep it at 4. Maybe it was just a rough day. I also don't like that you request a tip on the app. I get that they are working hard but these are expensive cookies and to recommend a $6 tip off the bat it should just have an option to tip or no tip with percentages. If they are running it out to your car that might be another situation where it would be appropriate but if I'm walking in to pick it up requesting an automatic tip on the app is por taste. Offering it after I have tasted the cookies, and to check in on health service went would be more appropriate. And if it went well I would be more likely to tip.

It’s very clean and the employees are always super nice and helpful. The cookies are okay, but most of them are more like cake which I don’t like. You can’t go wrong with the chocolate chip cookie, though. Just get the chocolate chip cookie and thank me later.
