The Washington store is always clean and the staff is always friendly and welcoming but often they are out of certain cookies and they don't always look like what's advertised. That being said they've never tasted anything but amazing so looks aren't everything. Honestly it is.

These cookies are the best! I love that they have new flavors every week. We tried the funfetti ,snickers, and oreo cookies. I suggest buying a cookie cutter here. These cookies may not look big but they are very filling and sweet! Great place if you have a sweet tooth. Atmosphere is 3 stars because the floor whenever you walk in is not very cleanly. It looked like it needed scrubbed. It was black in spots in the corners.

Delicious cookies, I do think some of the cookies need to be cooked a tad bit more. Overall great experience and I keep returning
