Cute corner pastry cafe! I ordered the Lemon & Fennel cake and Cream Puff. The Lemon & Fennel was a delightful surprise in balanced flavor. The sugar crystals on top gave it a nice sweetness, but the lemon & fennel added a depth of flavor that left you feeling satisfied instead of guilty. The cream puff was alright, a safe bet for a sweet fix. The service was friendly and fast. We'll definitely come again!

The selection is a bit limited but the baked goods are tasty. My wife loved the chocolate hazelnut scone and my lemon pistachio item was pretty good too. Food is worth a 4 star review but giving 3 because of the hidden fees. While I can appreciate that they claim they want to pay a fair and reasonable wage, that should be reflected in menu prices not fees posted on a hidden sign that you don’t see until you pay. Would have been 2 stars but I typically give 18-20% tip so this was probably cheaper than I expected. Still hidden fees are not a business practice I can appreciate.

I've loved this place since they were in Cap Hill and I'm so excited they moved out to the Eastside! I used to live next door to their old location and since I moved I've been on a hunt for a similar quality croissant on the Eastside, and there isn't anything like it. I love that it's family owned and it's obvious how much passion they have for the quality of their food. Try the quiche too, it's my f
