This is a fairly New Bakery In Burbank that also has sandwiches. Being generous with 4 stars it should be 3.
First things first it's very clean and the open kitchen looks amazing. They've spent a lot of money so I hope they stay in business.
Overall the baked goods were decent, but nothing we tried made us want to definitely come back. We might be back for the bread, but everything else was just average at best.

The croissant was wonderfully flaky and buttery, while the chocolate croissant had just the right amount of rich, gooey chocolate inside.
