Crystal was recommended to us by a family friend, after we were unable to obtain a property through another real-estate company. She was able to work out the issues and complete the purchase. A year later we asked for her help in selling our home. Crystal spent time to explain the different milestones throughout the selling process, how she was going successfully hit them, and on time. Crystal was always available to answer any questions we had. She had great contacts for additional help with movers and storage. Crystal did a fantastic job; we were under contract with a buyer in less than a week with a full price offer! Her professionalism, knowledge of real estate, honesty, and hard work ethics are very much appreciated.

We interviewed 4 agents prior to listing our house. Crystal was the absolute most professional agent we have met. She brought a portfolio of her listings, she was compassionate with our circumstances, and she provided relevant advice on our path forward. The stagers did a fantastic job preparing our house for pictures, and they turned out beautifully! Some agents would have made us hire a staging company, others suggested outrageous updates that were required before listing. Crystal was very practical in the modifications she suggested and was very responsive when we had questions. She was fantastic to work with, and I hope to use her in all of our future real estate transactions moving forward. I wish I could give her 10 stars!!

Crystal Dickerson is one of a kind. She is a grade above the rest.
Crystal is very detail oriented, extremely classy and very well educated in the real estate market.
I felt VERY well taken care of by Crystal. Her negotiation skills were top-notch and she was able to sell my home for a fantastic price even with the soaring interest rates. She was always available and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Thank you for everything Crystal, you are simply amazing!
