The nicest most friendly business in Enumclaw Wa. I have been doing my dry cleaning with them for many years. I'm there once a week always on time with my cleaning and very courteous and my clothes come out perfect everytime Tom Rebek
I’m writing this review after using them about 6-8 times now. I gave them a 2 star because: 1) The cleaning itself is great. No issues. 2) The pressing is below standard. They seem a bit lazy. A. They do not always iron the flap behind the buttonholes down properly, and when they don’t, it’s bad. B. When hanging your shirts they only button the top button leaving the shirt to hang open which forms long, vertical wrinkles down the front. This is extremely frustrating because I’ve asked them multiple times to simply button 1 to 2 more buttons. Not too much to ask. And, 3) The service is below standard as well, in my opinion. But, keep in mind I may be spoiled. I’m comparing this to a previous cleaner I used near my previous home in another town. A few examples: • They don’t carry my clothes and hang them in my car for me. This is not that big of a deal but my previous cleaner did provide this service. It was a very nice touch. •. They do not take the tags off each one of the hangers before they give your laundered clothes back. They leave this up to you to pull off the hanger and throw in the trash yourself. Again, this is a service that my previous cleaner provided •. When taking in a new article of clothing my previous cleaner would pull all the tags, clips and threads off for me. Crystal Cleaners does not do this. They made me stand to the side and pull all the tags myself while they watched. And last, •. My aforementioned point B above; They continually disregarded my request to Button multiple buttons on my finished button up shirt.
