I needed a retirement gift and called Diane at the Crystal Factory. Did I mention I had a 24 hour turnaround? I was so stressed but they were able to accommodate my request and it was a beautiful plaque that commemorated the service of my coworker. I highly recommend Joe and Diane at the Crystal Factory.

Joe and Diane are wonderful! This review is so long overdue, but here goes! I was maid of honor to my best friend in April 2018 and she and I came here to get her toasting flutes and a metal base that held them engraved. They did such a wonderful job that we came back for flasks for the groomsmen and a gift for my parents 40th wedding anniversary the following month. My friend even snuck back to have a scotch glass engraved as a gift for me! They do beautiful work and really take the time to make sure the design is exactly what you want it to be. Joe even showed us around the shop where the the magic happens. It was such a lovely experience and I'll be contacting him soon about my own tasting flutes for my upcoming wedding.
