This shop might make quality work so I can't say anything negative about their arrangements but I'll never know because I ordered something from them on a Friday - asked them to charge my credit card right then or at least by the end of the day. Got a call the next day late in the afternoon where I'm at saying the card didn't go through - I asked about when they charged, they said just now and I explained that it was really important that they charge it yesterday and that's what I requested a few times. I could not put funds in it until Monday because Saturday was Veterans Day. She didn't care, didn't deliver the order to this funeral. I'm not saying not to use this florist but if you do, I'd ask to speak to the owner if placing an order via the phone and make sure they repeat everything to you because they clearly do not communicate internally to each other very well and don't care what the results are.
