I was treated very good when I went into the office and got my unit. Both Angel and the manager were pleasant and very helpful. I'm looking forward to my time with CSI Mini Storage.
5/5 stars just ain’t enough! Here’s why- I’ve always been kind of on the fence about renting a storage unit but this place was so warm and welcoming! The staff are as friendly as they come, and the facility is clean, safe, and secure as can be. The gal at the front desk, Angel, was an absolute delight; an angel of you must (insert angel emoji here). She was extremely understanding when I spoke about the things I had worried about. Also, I had mentioned that my kitten was in my car waiting for me, which she then told me I was welcome to bring him with us on the way to show me to my unit. I could go on but I’ll end up leaving a novel lol. Anyway, Angel definitely went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. I highly recommend checking this place out if you’re a first time renter like me, or anyone who cares about being treated with kindness and respect. #GiveAngelARaise! 🩷🩷
