David Honda was superb. As first time Buyers, we were undoubtedly stressed but he and his team kept us well informed through out the transaction; talking us off the ledge on more than one occasion. Communication was on point and he truly made us fee l like he was emotionally invested in our experience. The CSMC app made it easy to manage documents and know where we were in the process at all times. I'd recommend his service to anyone looking for assistance with a home loan.

David Honda and his team provided a level of service you would expect from a five star team navigating a very complex condominium property loan with many challenges at the HOA in a timely and resourceful manner most lenders would not be able to navigate as gracefully.
