1.5 hour wait and both barbers were not even close to being done with the customers in the chair. To make matters worse the customer wasnt satisfied with his haircut either. I was in a pinch and needed a cut for a work presentation. I had my young son in there and the constant cursing with complete disregard of their audience was unacceptable. This place is so bad I will avoid driving within a 10 mile radius from it. Save your money and keep your hair

Stopped by the other week for a haircut. These guys have an awesome balance of getting real good work done and having a great time while doing it. The best haircut I ever got. Brownie points - big compliments from my lady. Stoked to return soon

I booked an appointment with Santos on Saturday, December 15, at 2:30pm. I showed up to the barbershop about 10 minutes early but Santos was not in. Another client was waiting on a haircut from him as well who had an appointment at 2:00pm. Due to waking up late and a long commute to the barbershop, Santos didn't arrive until around 2:50pm. The client before me booked an appointment earlier than I did so he got a haircut first, and then I got a haircut after. I didn't receive a haircut until around 3:40pm. I was a bit upset about the long wait time since I scheduled an appointment, however, Santos gave the previous client and I free complimentary haircuts to make up for the wait time and his late showtime. Santos is a gifted barber as he gave me was one of the best haircuts I've ever recieved. He takes his time to make sure the haircut comes out perfect. I rate this barbershop 5 stars because of Santos's kind gesture/customer service and outstanding barber skills.
