My interaction and communication with CEI was outstanding! Through Home Advisor, I requested a quote and received a call the following day to set an appointment for the following week to upgrade my electrical system, install a level 2 EV charger plug, install a 50 amp generator plug, and surge protector. The day before the appointment, I received a call to ensure the appointment date and time satisfied my needs. I received a call from CEI for any subsequent visits and to answer questions.

Jesse showed up during the appointment window and exceeded my expectations. He was informed of my needs and quickly provided a recommendation with upfront pricing options - he was fully transparent with pricing of all the upgrades. And, CEI provided a military discount which was a HUGE positive.

Jesse was respectful of my home and put on booties when entering my home. He was respectful of my work-from-home situation by informing me of bringing power down for their work so that I can inform my work team. Prior to securing from work, they cleaned any mess and left the site without a trace.

Jesse was also training his apprentices and treated them professionally with respect which I truly admired; a privilege to lead and positively impact the workforce while providing quality OJT - a true leader and master of his craft.

Their pricing beats out the competition and the quality of work is outstanding and exceeds all my expectations. From appointment to complete install, all was completed within a week’s time.Great job to CEI and Jesse. I am definitely requesting CEI for any future and all electrical work!

I wish I could rate them higher than 5 out of 5! We just had them split up our kitchen, dining and laundry circuits that were all on one circuit, install a bathroom fan in a bathroom that never had one, and run all new electrical underground to our garage to a new panel to replace the panelless, above ground knob and tube that was outside and no longer working. Their work was amazing, but I am most impressed by their clear communication and punctuality over a week long project. Beyond happy with the pricing too! I'll be recommending them to everyone. 😊

AMAZING!! We have worked with other Electricians and companies before and now after our experience with CEI we are loyal for life. They were professional, provided great service with a fair price, they were quick and efficient. I can't say enough, I would highly recommend.
