Custom Cones has provided my company with the best service I have ever received from just about any vendor I've worked with, in and outside of packaging needs. Their customer relationship management is truly top tier, your account manager will ALWAYS keep you up to date on where your order is in the process. Their design team will do the leg work they need to ensure your packaging is the correct color combination and style to meet your needs. Their quality control team also does an incredible job in identifying any potential issues you may see with your packaging so that you don't have to deal with it before it arrives to your facility. Truly could not ask for a better experience.

I just had the pleasure of meeting one of the co-founders, Harrison, at their location in Renton. It was an “accident”, but I had thought I could purchase directly in person, and was in the area from “out of town” (couple hours away) which my misunderstanding turned into an unexpected but wonderful experience! Harrison took me into their building and showed me some of their products, as well as gave me a healthy amount of samples to try out! Overall this turned out to be a really good experience and I now have many different variations of wraps/prerolls that Harrison gifted me to “test/try out” - pure kindness and absolutely a pleasurable experience, especially once learning he is a co-founder! I will absolutely continue to be a happy customer, thanks so much ya’ll!!!

I believe Custom Cones produces the best preroll cones in the world! Every order has always shipped quickly, their cones are perfect and pack great and their customer service is always friendly and prompt!
