Excellent customer service. I had an urgent t-shirt print request and it was done within 15 minutes on the same day.

Edit: my shirt ended up looking like trash even after making sure to go through with directions (not putting it in the dryer and using only cold water in the washer). The lady that works there is nice but don't expect the shirts to last long.
