They won't respond unless you hound them repeatedly. Don't trust these guys. And what kind of name is "Customer Service Inc"? That is shady af.

This does not appear to be a legitimate company. We try to call and the voice mailbox is full. We tried to email and it came back undeliverable. We mailed our claim and have not heard a word. If you don’t have to, DO NOT use this “company”. It is a farse!

I moved in September of 2019. Its now June of 2020. I still haven't received proper compensation for my damaged furniture. And haven't even started the claim for the temporary living expenses I had to come out of pocket for due to the moving companies fault. Mind you Customer Service Inc has been almost non-responsive to all of my emails and phone calls throughout the whole process. Customer Service Inc doesn't have very good Customer Service in my opinion.
