I had an appointment with Trinae to help release my lower back and legs, as they were ferociously tight. She worked with my breathing, got into areas I didn't even know were tight or having issues. She obviously has great passion and empathy for the people she works with. I can only recommend booking an appointment if you're at all hesitant. After her work, I was able to sit in a lotus position for the first time! 10/10

Trinae has been fantastic the last 5 months and does a very therapeutic deep tissue massage. I've been going about every 2 weeks as I stand all day for work and it has really helped my back. Very nice and professional!
