If you care about your natural nails, don’t go here. I went here for gel removal and intended on getting cloud nails. The nail tech did not know of the nail art trend where they simply paint clouds on your nails. She seemed confused, I showed her a picture of what they look like. She seemed annoyed and asked which nail I wanted them on. I replied that I wanted all of them to have this design and she made me feel like a burden by the end of this exchange. While I was here, not one other person came in to get their nails done. RED FLAG! As I sat there, soaking my gel nail polish off for removal, I watched the 2 women yell and talk in their language. Never saying anything to me and the lady doing my nails seemed mad. I did not want to get my nails done there anymore! I told the tech I wanted to pay for removal only and she seemed irritated and took it out on my nails. She buffed with a very coarse buffer extremely hard and used a metal spatula aggressively to try and remove gel that was not ready to come off. I am left with nails so thin and they hurt. While I was paying they were hounding me to try and get the name of who referred me to them. It was weird. Gel removal IF done correctly will cause no damage to the natural nail. This nail tech was very impatient and not careful at all. I will be getting my nails done else where, you should too. *I just read the other bad reviews and it seems like it’s the same lady that’s causing these negative experiences.
