I’ve been a customer for 6+ years. The staff has gone downhill and so has management. They care more about making it look more esthetic but hire grouchy people and the drinks are nothing like they used to be. Such a bummer. Only reason they get an extra star is for the one gal that is always smiling and seems to bring the only glimmer of happiness to the place. Maybe they changed ownership or something, not sure but probably won’t be back

My favorite coffee in Gig Harbor, especially the bourbon caramel! Delicious coffee and GREAT service. They have an app for rewards that earn you free coffee too.
